Namastat Lodge has 25 campsites and four Chalets set amongst the natural splendour of the Namaqualand and its koppies.
   
Description

The Chalets share the Ablution, Kitchen and Washing Facilities with the campers. The chalets are not serviced, the communal kitchen area has warm water for washing dishes. No extra guests or visitors are allowed unless arranged with management.

Namastat Lodge has 25 campsites and four Chalets set amongst the natural splendour of the Namaqualand and its koppies. There is communal ablution, kitchen and washing facilities and braais to make your experience comfortable and complete.

25 campsites each with electricity, water and braai facilities at each site. The campers share the Ablution, Kitchen and Washing Facilities with the Chalets.

Springbok lies in a narrow valley surrounded by the Koperberg in the heart of the Namaqualand, 570km north of Cape Town.It is the last major town before Namibia and it is known as the flower capital. About 3km from Springbok on the N7 you will find Namastat, which comprises of 4 'Nama huts' and 25 campsites.

Directions to site:


From Cape Town: If you are traveling on the N7, you have to take the first turn-off to your left towards Springbok. As you travel to Springbok, you will find the Springbok Inn and Namastat signs on your left. At the turn-off towards the Oval track, you must turn left as well. At the Oval track the road forks, keep to the right. Just continue down the road until you reach the sign board for Springbok Inn and Namastat Lodge. Report to Springbok Inn Reception.

From Kakamas, Upington and Johannesburg: You will reach Springbok by driving on the N14. You must just continue straight on down Voortrekker street (the main road of Springbok) until you exit the town. You must drive 1 km until you find the Springbok Inn and Namastat signs and see Springbok Inn on your right. At the turn-off towards the Oval track, you must turn right as well. At the Oval track the road forks, keep to the right. Just continue down the road until you see the signs for Springbok Inn and Namastat Lodge.
