Cannon Valley Estate is a 21 hectare homestead situated next to Kanon, approximately 35 km South of Mossel Bay, on the South Cape coast. Cannon Valley Estate's rural setting makes for an ideal getaway for those wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of the seasons crowds and activities, yet not so far that you feel isolated or cut off from civilization. Cannon Valley Estate's facilities are self catering, which emphasizes the "privacy" factor, which we respect.
Cannon Valley Estate runs down onto 800m of private beach. The beach however extends for many kilometers which is unrestricted for those morning walks, romantic sunset walks, or fishing expeditions. The beach is unspoiled, and the natural surrounding and beauty of the area are part of the experience. This is a paradise for the nature lover.
Situated in the Garden Route area, Cannon Valley Estate is ideal for those wanting to take day trips along the Garden Route to visit George, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, and even Plettenberg Bay.
The area hosts a variety of attractions & excursions e.g. golfing, fishing, bungy-jumping, game-viewing, boating, sightseeing, shopping and numerous more. If you prefer however, to just relax on the beach or not be bothered, while you get up to date with reading a book, this is definitely your private haven, almost like heaven, or described in Mosselbay's motto: "Live life slowly".

N2 from Mossel Bay to Cape Town, 9kms (just past PetroSA) turn left to Boggomsbaai, Vleesbaai, Fransmanshoek for 20kms on this unmarked road (past Boggomsbaai & Vleesbaai turn-offs) till you get the Kanon turn-off on your left; 6,5 kms on this road; Cannon Valley Estate's gate on the left. N2 from Cape Town, past Albertinia, turn right on R325 towards Gouritsmond for 20 kms; turn left at crossing towards Vleesbaai & Mossel Bay; cross the low water bridge over the Gourits river; right at the t-junction; 2kms on the right is the Kanon turn-off; 6,5 kms on this road; Cannon Valley Estate's gate on the left.
