Conveniently located 90min from Cape Town & 20min from Worcester. Breede Otter Campsite features a family friendly camping site with newly built ablution, plenty of space for kayaks, floaties & lazy cruises on our double decker riverboat.

Family-Oriented Camping at Breede Otter Campsite. Campers are not allowed to bring power boats. We do welcome kayaks, canoes and human-powered watercrafts. Building those biceps one row at a time.

Breede Otter Campsite has newly built ablution with loads of natural light and modern finishes.
We even have family rooms in our ablution, featuring a shower, bath and basin, so mom can take a shower while the kids enjoy splashing around in the bath.
Facilities are cleaned daily and well maintained.

Ablutions are neat, clean and modern (on the standard of large resorts) and campsites have lots of grass and shade and braai facilities are also great. Very nice place for a quiet weekend away. Take a kayak along to make good use of the river.

Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs, but there is a lovely doggie hotel just down the road.

Life's too short to only fish on weekends.

Directions to site:

Take the R43 Michell's pass from Worcester towards Villiersdorp. At 5.7km out of Worcester turn left onto the gravel road. Continue for 8.7km to the T junction. Turn left at T junction and continue for 4km to the Breede Otter receiption.
