De Voetpadkloof Resort, situated in the Loskop valley and 40 km north of
Middelburg, about 1 and a half hour's drive from Gauteng, is a Nature Reserve of 600 ha
and is any nature enthusiast's dream. With all the local plants and trees, wild
life and peaceful atmosphere, this is the ideal place to have a relaxing
experience. Our facilities are of the best quality to ensure an unforgettable
experience to all ages.

Our professional and friendly staff are there to assist in any unpleasant experience, and to ensure your bushveld visit to be as comfortable and safe as possible.

Our walking trails and guided game drive trips are there to bring our visitors closer to nature and the wildlife in our reserve, and enable them to see the animals in their natural habitat.

For many years now, the resort in Mpumalanga has been a favourite with campers; no matter what time of the year you drop by, you can be sure all the customers will be happy and satisfied. And you can expect even bigger smiles from visitors after the recent upgrades at the resort.

De Voetpadkloof Vakansie Oord has built a large, heated, indoor swimming pool and a new bar, has upgraded the tea garden, and has also expanded the well-stocked convenience store (licensed).

This 600-hectare nature reserve in the Loskop Valley, just 35km north of Middelburg, has all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. There's a choice of accommodation that will suit any holiday-maker's lifestyle - camping and caravanning stands, log cabins, chalets, and even mountain and safari tents.

Facilities described:

Each site has it's own power supply for standard caravan and camping equipment. Stands have a paved area for tents. There are three modern ablution blocks with dish washing facilities. A laundry with a washing machine and a tumble dryer is also available.

A maximum of one caravan/tent, one vehicle and six persons are permitted per site. Three conveniently situated hot and cold water ablution blocks with washing-up facilities serve these sites. All the sites have power points, braai facilities and water points are well-positioned.

19 camping sites available. No electricity and no braaiers. 2 ablution blocks, one with electricity and one with gas.

Directions to site:

Drive on the N11 between Middelburg MP and Groblersdal. At about 10km from Kranspoort vakansiedorp when driving from Middelburg, the turnoff is on your left. The resort is 3.2km in on the gravel road.
