Description
Van Stadens Resort is located halfway between Port Elizabeth and Jeffreys Bay, only 45 minutes from Port Elizabeth International Airport. Escape from the city but have the convenience of Baywest Mall and a selection of shops and restaurants in a scenic 20-minute radius. Most of the resort fronts on the tranquil Van Stadens River estuary. Trampolines and swings are available. There are sand-boards, peddle-boats, paddle skis and canoes for hire. Enjoy a swim in the lagoon.
Van Stadens Resort has 90 lawn sites suitable for tents or caravans. Some have shade from the sheltering milkwood trees, others have panoramic views.
Price per site is for 2 people out of season. Price per site is for 4 people in season. There is a charge for each extra person. 6 People per site - Maximum! Children 5 and under stay FREE! The 9 ablution blocks are old but neat. Hot and cold-water showers. Laundry facilities. Water is potable. Campsites will need to bring their own braais. Units will need to bring their own braais-grid & tongs! All campsites have power. Kindly note campers need to bring their own BLUE Fredlin-caravan- adaptor & a long extension lead.

Parking is limited. http://www.vanstadens.com/picnic-spots This includes 1 x Braai (bring own grid), 1 x Picnic Table/bench, 1 x Parking Spot for Vehicle Please note you need to bring your own Gazebos, umbrella's and Braai-grids * To avoid disappointment, you need to book at least 24 hours before arrival as you will not be able to book on the day. * A Maximum of 10 people and 2 vehicle per picnic spot (Kids under 5 years are free). * Gate opens at 8 am for Day Visitors with a valid booking and you need to be out the Resort by 6 pm (No entry after 4 pm).
